Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom made products like Chappals / Baskets will not qualify for returns, refunds or exchanges. We also do not accept products that have been used or damaged. Exchange is not possible for out of India customers.

To start a return, you can contact us at kalapuri.sales@gmail.com  The return / replacement / refund request will be accepted only if a clear reason for the same is mentioned and is accompanied by product unboxing video and photos of the defective product. Kindly note that the refund / exchange request will be rejected if the above information is not provided.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days. If its rejected due to the item being either used or tampered, we will courier the product to your address.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at kalapuri.sales@gmail.com and we will get it sorted. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them. If you need a bigger or smaller size, there should be no issue for it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kalapuri.sales@gmail.com

We do not accept any request for exchange of any products out of India.

Shipping of product for refund or replacement (Exchange)

If your request for return is accepted, we will try to arrange for pickup of the defective product with our shipping partner.

Return pickup with our shipping partner is not possible for Handmade baskets due to its high volumetric weight.  

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return Pickup will be deducted from your refund if the return pickup is arranged by us.

Depending on your location, the time may vary for your exchanged product to reach your destination.
