Without the defective product’s video, request for refund can’t be entertained. The product should be returned in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging.

- When you order a product on Kalapuri your product is handcrafted by rural artisans with love. Cancelling an order once confirmed may affect the earning and moral of these artisans. You are requested not to cancel the order once confirmed on our website. As a general policy, we do not accept cancellation of any prepaid order once it is dispatched. However in case of unavoidable cancellation of order, in order to safeguard the interest of the artisans associated with Kalapuri, we follow the following guidelines:
- For prepaid orders, since they are custom-made, cancellation is not possible once the order is dispatched.
- Cancellation of order for all custom-made orders it is not possible because these custom-made items remain unsold which amounts to a great loss to our artisans who craft these items for you only.
- Cancellation of International orders is not accepted.
- For COD orders, the order will not be dispatched before taking a confirmation from the customer telephonically or through email. Once confirmed, cancellation is not allowed in any case.
- In case if the customer wants to cancel the order for reasons beyond his control, decision for such cancellation requests will be taken by Kalapuri administrator on case to case basis.
- Cancellation is not acceptable for bulk orders.
-For Domestic Orders in India; shipping cost, all other costs and taxes are included in product price.
- For International order, shipping cost is not included in the product price. It is charged separately. Shipping cost is calculated separately and depends on the weight of the product, package size, location of the customer, type of service (express or ordinary), shipping agency delivering the shipment, correctness of the address provided by the customer, gift packing ordered by the customer etc.
- For International orders Shipping and forwarding charges at actual, VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are charged extra. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
