How do I cancel an order?

To cancel your order, please contact our customer care via WhatsApp at +91 9066 087 087 or email us at kalapuri.sales@gmail.com, within 12 hours of placing your order.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it. Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it can no longer be cancelled.

How long does it take to process a cancellation?

Once you request a cancellation in time, it may take up to 5 business days for us to process it. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's done.

Cancellation window

Requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order, and only before the order has shipped. Cancellation requests received after 12 hours, or after the order has already shipped, cannot be honored.
