Poor product and worst post purchase service

I received the chappals as very narrow for my foot, specially one being narrowwer than the other. I have written multiple times on the whatsapp contact number give on the website. With no response. Too highly lriced product for such poor quality and service.
Would not recommend to anyone.

A disappointed buy

The slipper hurts between the toe while wearing... The colour is not as it was shown, the shade of brown is quite different n rather ugly.. It is not the natural brown one associates with Kholapuri Chappal rather a very artificial tint... Even at the reduced price of 2k it is over priced n at its original price it is day light robbery! Won't be buying a 2nd pair! Doubt i can wear it as it hurts quite a bit btwn the toe...

Kolhapuri chappals may feel slightly uncomfortable during the first 3–4 wears, as they gradually soften and take the shape of your feet. Since they are open-toe footwear, the fit can feel different from regular footwear and may take a little time to adjust comfortably.
For temporary relief, you can apply a small amount of coconut oil to the areas where it feels tight. Please note this may cause slight color variation.

It is very uncomfortable, it’s biting me .. I’m not able to walk in them. And I don’t like the color.. in the image it shows a nice tan brown.. in real it’s not as nice

Kolhapuri chappals may feel slightly uncomfortable during the first 3–4 wears. This is normal, as they gradually adjust and take the shape of your feet, becoming more comfortable over time. Since Kolhapuri chappals are open-toe, the fit is different from regular footwear, so they may take a little time to adapt perfectly to your foot shape.
For temporary relief, you can apply a small amount of coconut oil to the areas of the chappals where it feels tight. Please note that applying oil may cause a slight variation in color.

Theres no response from your end...highly disappointed

This is to inform that Dear Kalapuri Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase of Kalapuri footwear from your website , kindly request a return and refund.

Unfortunately, the product I received does not match what was displayed in the pictures on your website. The design, finish, and overall appearance are quite different from what was shown, which is not what I expected when placing my order.

Additionally, the slippers are extremely uncomfortable to wear. The edges are sharp and rough, causing significant discomfort and even pain to my skin while walking. Wearing them for even a short period has been quite distressing.

Given these issues the product not matching its listing and the physical discomfort it is causing I would like to kindly request you to initiate the return and refund process at the earliest convenience.

I would appreciate a prompt response with the next steps to complete this process smoothly.
