Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are normally dispatched within 3-4 working days of confirmation of your order at out end.
  • We ship via standard courier partners and provide a tracking link.
  • Most deliveries take 6-10 working days, but during sales or due to artisan unavailability, there may be delays.

Where Do We Deliver?

  • We deliver worldwide to all valid street addresses.
  • Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a complete address with a pin/zip code.
  • Deliveries are made during regular working hours, which vary by country.
  • No shipments are made on Sundays and public holidays. Shipping company may have different weekly holiday policy.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING across India.
  • Ensure your postal address is complete with the correct PIN code to avoid delays.
  • If shipping to colleges, schools, or hostels, Kalapuri is not responsible if the package is refused or undelivered.
  • If you have a preferred delivery date, mention it in the gift message box while ordering. We try to deliver your product at the preferred delivery date but the same is not assured if there are any reasons beyond our control. 

International Shipping

  • Shipping costs for international orders are charged separately.
  • The cost depends on weight, package size, destination, and courier service.
  • Some countries may have restrictions on certain products, so please verify local regulations before placing an order.
  • If customs authorities refuse the shipment due to local rules, Kalapuri is not responsible for any loss.

Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic orders: Estimated delivery within 8-15 working days, depending on location.
  • International orders: Delivery time varies based on customs, local conditions, and courier delays.
  • If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
  • Kalapuri is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will share tracking details via email or phone.
  • Tracking information may take up to 36 business hours to update on the courier website.
  • In some countries, residential deliveries may be left at the doorstep if no one is available to receive the package.

Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses

  • Domestic orders: Address changes are allowed within 24 hours of ordering. After dispatch, changes are not possible.
  • International orders: Address changes are not allowed at any stage.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, customers will bear any extra courier charges for re-shipping.

Packaging

  • Orders are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Fragile items require special packaging, which may include additional charges.
  • For international orders, packaging is customized to meet shipping requirements.

Delays & Unforeseen Situations

  • Estimated shipping times are approximate. Delays may occur due to natural disasters, customs clearance, or other unforeseen events.
  • No refunds, returns, or replacements will be provided due to such delays. However, Kalapuri may offer store credit or other benefits on a case-by-case basis.

Taxes, Duties & Insurance

  • GST, VAT, and customs duties vary by country and must be paid by the customer.
  • Kalapuri does not cover customs clearance fees or import taxes.
  • Orders are not insured by default. Customers can opt for insurance at an additional charge of approximately ₹1,500.
