It is beautifully made and it is quite unique because I belong to the same town as these manufacturers and I went to a lot of local jewellery shops to find one like this but I didn't. The parcel arrived within 2 days of placing the order and the packaging was good.
The reasons for giving it 4 stars are:
First of all they have mentioned they won't charge shipping in India and no extra charges for COD but I got charged for both even when I live in the same town as the manufacturer. Local shops would have had it for much lesser price, looking at the quality I think the price is a bit too much. Also to me it appears a bit bigger in the pictures than in real. Also a part of pendant is pricking where it touches my neck, the adjustable bead isnt smooth as it should be, never used such a hard adjuster on any necklace before, another downside of buying things online I guess. Local shopkeepers would have fixed it immediately. That being said, I'm still happy with my neckpiece, happy with the delivery time and packaging. Thank you.
