How do I find my size?
Our sandals come in Euro sizes. Open the size guide, measure your foot length in centimetres as shown there, and match it to the chart. The UK equivalent appears beside the size you pick. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Will I get shoe bites?
We prioritise your comfort. We use high-quality, soft leather and proper cushioning specifically to minimise the chances of shoe bites. Our goal is footwear that feels good right away.
Are these authentic Kolhapuri chappals?
Yes. Our Kolhapuri chappals hold the official GI (Geographical Indication) tag. This certification guarantees they are genuinely crafted in the Kolhapur region using recognised traditional methods and quality standards.
Can I wear them in the rain?
The sole is designed for grip, but the upper is genuine leather. To prevent staining or warping, keep them out of heavy rain and avoid getting them soaked. If they do get wet, air dry them completely.
Can I return them if the size doesn't fit?
Yes. Request a return within 7 days of delivery, with the pair unworn, tags on and in its original packaging. Wrong-size and change-of-mind returns are refunded as store credit, valid for 6 months. If the fault is ours, we refund to your original payment method. You ship the pair back; we reimburse shipping only when the fault is ours. For another size, return the pair first and place a new order once the return is approved.
